E-FARM is a fast-growing AgTech (Agricultural Technology) company, facilitating online-based farm machinery transactions on a global scale. The platform connects farmers, equipment dealers, inspection companies, financial institutions, logistics providers as well as insurance companies to eliminate current trading barriers.
E-FARM's competitive edge originates in a data-driven approach to exploiting market inefficiencies across borders and industry segments. Having just closed a financing round with a leading farm equipment manufacturer and a tech-focused venture capital company, E-FARM is looking for motivated and open-minded talents to further scale its operations.

Your challenge

• You will be responsible for maintaining our already existing web apps, mobile apps and backend services as well as building new ones in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Team
• You will implement state of the art web and mobile apps and microservices
• You will build performant, scalable, well-tested, and maintainable software
• You are responsible for the whole development process from refinement to implementation, delivery and future iterations
• You are a strong driver in the team, take responsibility and are able to make decisions independently
• You want to be a part of something big, always proactive and want to take our products to the next level

Your profile

• You have profound experience in developing full-stack solutions preferably with React and Node.js
• You have experience in React Native and mobile development, TypeScript , Redux and Node.js
• You are familiar with automated testing and CI /CD pipelines
• You know how to build and execute tech projects from scratch
• You’re curious and always willing to learn new things and share your knowledge, trying to improve yourself with every opportunity
• An agile mindset, a well-structured working style and a strong team and problem-solving skills characterize you
• You like to work in a cross-functional team
• You are familiar with Kanban or Scrum, pair-programming, TDD and code reviews
• You have max. 1-2 hours time difference to our team in Hamburg
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
